In your first session, your therapist will focus on getting to know you, understanding your goals, and making you feel comfortable. You’ll discuss your background, concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
Mindfulness-based therapy incorporates mindfulness practices to help you cultivate awareness, presence, and acceptance. This approach helps clients manage stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation, fostering self-compassion and resilience.
The duration of therapy depends on each client’s individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from a few sessions, while others may engage in longer-term therapy for deeper personal growth.
Initial intake sessions with our therapist range from $160 to $200 for a 55-minute appointment. Regular therapy sessions are priced at $150 for 55 minutes.
