Has life been “lifing” a little too much lately? I want to help you connect with and affirm your authentic self by exploring your identities, values, and goals. From major life transitions to daily
struggles and everything in between, I am here to help. As a queer, non-binary, and transgender therapist I am passionate about providing trauma-informed, anti-imperialist, anti- racist, and feminist care for LGBTQ2SIA+, neurodivergent, and ENM folks and their allies. In a world filled with false binaries that try to box people in, I emphasize the truth of spectrums and the boundless diversity in each individual.

As a career changer, I have previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, supporting caregivers of neurodivergent children, career discernment, navigating
work/life balance, and fostering collaborative relationships and clear communication across a variety of industries.

I am a psychodynamic oriented counselor, and incorporate Adlerian, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques to build collaborative healing relationships with my clients. I am adaptive to meet you wherever you are in your life journey. You may be experiencing feelings of discomfort, anxiety, numbness, fear in social situations, negative self-talk, or other pains that make it difficult to be present. I will work with you to connect with and affirm your authentic self by increasing self-awareness and building your connection to bodily sensations, emotions, thoughts, convictions, values, and goals while walking alongside you in pursuit of what is most meaningful to you.
