Chicago Integrative Psychotherapy

Community Meditation at Chicago Integrative Psychotherapy

Join us for a weekly Community Meditation, held every Wednesday at 7:00 PM at our main office in the heart of Andersonville, Chicago. This free group is open to everyone whether you’re new to meditation or a long-time practitioner and offers a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect, and practice together.

Grounded in a blend of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindfulness-Based Somatic Therapy (MBST), and Soto Zen, our group supports presence, emotional resilience, and embodied awareness. Learn more about mindfulness-based therapies.

Each session includes a brief welcome, a guided meditation, silent sitting, and time for optional reflection or Q&A.

We believe that meditation is most powerful when practiced in community. Whether you are looking to manage stress, explore mindfulness as part of your healing journey, or simply enjoy a quiet space to be with yourself, you’ll find a consistent and supportive environment here.

No experience is necessary. If you’re just beginning, you’ll be gently guided through the process. If you’re a seasoned meditator, the group offers a deepened sense of connection and shared intention.
