Acknowledging that you may need additional support during this season of life is an act of courage and I am honored to be a part of your journey. If you don’t know where to even start, we can begin there and make sense of it together.
My therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered, where I incorporate evidence-based modalities to meet your individual needs and goals. I often draw from mindfulness practices, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. I have experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and perfectionism as well as those navigating trauma, relationships issues, and identity exploration.
I foster a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and non-judgmental space. I invite you to show up just as you are. The unique space of therapy is created by your voice and the courage to share your truth, met with my empathy and compassion. Together, we will explore your emotions, experiences, uncover your strengths, and work toward growth and healing.
