Many of us arrive in therapy not because something is acutely wrong, but because something has stopped working. The way we’ve always managed stress, or change, or our own internal experience has started to wear thin. Therapy can be a place to slow down to notice what is happening and to learn to meet it with more clarity and less struggle.

My work is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) alongside mindfulness-based practices. Together, we look at the patterns that keep you stuck, the values that point toward the life you want to be living, and the small shifts in how you relate to your own thoughts and feelings that tend to make the most lasting difference. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. It is grounded in the belief that people generally know more about their own lives than they give themselves credit for.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and family dynamics, perfectionism, burnout, and the more diffuse experience of feeling stuck or off-course. I am especially drawn to clients who are curious, reflective, and ready to engage actively in the process.
