Many people come to therapy when they feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. If you’re hoping for more than just coping – for healing, growth, and deeper connection – therapy can be a powerful place to start. Together, we’ll explore your relationships, emotions, and thought patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space for meaningful change.

My approach is tailored to you. I draw from a variety of modalities to create a therapeutic experience that fits your unique needs. Our work will be grounded in attachment-focused, trauma-informed care, using a bottom-up approach that supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and lasting change. Along the way, I may also bring in elements of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies (CBT and DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, or exposure response prevention (ERP) for OCD if they align with your goals.

I have experience and interest in helping clients navigate a variety of issues: life transitions, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, trauma, men’s issues, and interpersonal or relationship challenges. If you’re new to therapy and feeling uncertain about the process, you’re not alone – I especially enjoy helping people take those first steps and find their footing.
