My therapeutic approach focuses on self-awareness, resilience, and responsible decision-making within a safe, non-judgmental environment. As a social worker, I acknowledge the interconnected nature of psychological experiences and their relation to social, cultural, political, and environmental contexts.

My interest in mental health began during my adolescence, leading me to pursue a dual major in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Michigan. I subsequently received my Master’s in Social Work at Loyola University Chicago, with a focus on Advanced Clinical Practice.

Since then, I have practiced in various settings, including the Women’s Integrated Treatment Program at Haymarket Center and the Chicago Waldorf School, working with diverse populations on issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and other emotional needs.

Utilizing a strengths-based perspective, I assist clients in identifying internal and external factors that promote resilience. My practice is grounded in a developmental and trauma-informed framework, recognizing the influence of past experiences on present realities. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing modalities into my work with clients based on individual needs.

Finally, I believe in practicing my own forms of self-care through exercise, cooking, reading, and maintaining strong relationships with my support network.
